The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the secure private parking was an added bonus. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and nearby restaurants and shops. We highly recommend The Graywood Hotel to anyone visiting Knysna.
